I thought it was about time I introduced you all to the amazing girls behind my businesses and let you get to know the faces you see every day! 🥰

For anyone who doesn’t already know😭🫣, I own Flawless by Danielle, The Lounge by Flawless, and I co-own The MC Clinic alongside my amazing wife, Mel 🤍Between the three businesses, we have 16 amazing girls, all bringing their own skills, personalities and talents to the team! ✨

From all things hair 💇🏼‍♀️, to makeup and brows, nails, spa pedicures, lashes, facials, lymphatic drainage, teeth whitening, Botox, filler, Semi-Permanent makeup and our Japanese hair spa — we really do have anything you could think off across our salons 🤍

But behind all the treatments, appointments and busy days, there’s something I’m even prouder of… our team! ✨🩷

Sixteen girls across three salons, and I can honestly say we’re one big family. No bitchiness, no drama, just girls who support each other, have a laugh, work hard and genuinely want to see each other succeed. And when we are all together, there’s never a dull moment! 😂🫶🏼

Because at the end of the day, a business is only as good as the people behind it, and I really do have the best team! 🫶🏼
