A foot massage is about so much more than relaxation. Your feet are the foundation that supports the weight of your entire body with every step you take. When they become tight and tired, it can affect the way you move and even contribute to tension higher up the body.

Taking care of your feet means taking care of your whole body. Sometimes the biggest difference starts from the ground up.

Every muscle tells a different story, and every body needs a different approach.

That’s why I never follow the same routine. I combine techniques, adapt every treatment, and work with each muscle individually instead of repeating the same sequence on everyone.

After 16 years of experience, even my hands have developed their own signature. Many clients tell me they can recognise my massage from the very first few minutes.

Massage isn’t about following a protocol. It’s about understanding the body in front of you.

I have been a massage therapist for 16 years, and I’ve watched this industry change a lot.

To be honest, some of the things I see today are quite sad…

People complete a short course and suddenly start telling others what massage can treat, even without real experience, proper knowledge, or enough hands on practice. Massage is much more than learning a few techniques.

I also see beauticians and people from other professions doing online courses and presenting themselves as experts. A certificate is valuable, but it doesn’t replace years of experience or a deep understanding of the human body.

After 16 years, I’m still learning because I believe that’s what this profession deserves. Our clients trust us with their health, and that responsibility should always come first.
