- ADVANCED MASSAGE This technique uses slower, more forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, commonly to help with muscle damage from injuries
- HOT STONE MASSAGE The heat from the stones helps your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively.
