Did you know that not all sun rays are the same? With it being UV Awareness Month, Amy is breaking down exactly what’s happening when you step outside:

* UVA Rays: Think A for Aging. These rays pe*****te deeply into the skin, leading to premature aging, fine lines, and long-term damage. They can even pass through clouds and glass!

* UVB Rays: Think B for Burning. These are the main culprits behind sunburns and surface skin damage.

Looking at these snapshots of a beautiful month, it’s easy to see the wins, the great vibes, and the incredible team I’m surrounded by. And we are celebrating. We’re celebrating big. Because as we hit the half-year mark, reflection sets in.

This time last year, it was a completely different story. We tend to keep our cards close to our chest, but the truth is, my husband was battling cancer, and we didn’t know if he would survive. It was a time of rallying together, holding each other up, and fighting through the quiet, heavy moments.

But we made it through. And today, we aren’t just standing we are growing. 🚀

We are currently going through a huge period of expansion. Behind the scenes, I’ve been busy onboarding some incredible new staff members who are going to absolutely elevate your experience with us. Building this team is a dream come true.

Every single day in our clinic, our patients share their own deeply personal stories with us. It’s a constant reminder that Instagram only ever shows the edited highlights. Everyone is carrying a chapter they don’t read aloud. But we want you to know: we are here for our patients for the tough chapters, the growth, and the joyful ones forever.

So yes, we are celebrating the wins, the new faces, and the good times today. Because we know exactly what it took to get here. ✨
