Why I never leave my clients alone during a treatment.

I remember having a facial at a very well-known clinic where the therapist put a mask on me and then left the room for 15 minutes. I was thinking, “This isn’t really a full hour treatment.” It was also too clinical for proper relaxation.

For me, if you book a full hour with me, I want to spend that hour with you. The first half is working on your skin and the second half is about relaxing.

I genuinely believe the two go hand in hand. Stress can have such an impact on our skin, so that time to switch off is just as important.

🩷🩷 I recently had the absolute pleasure of hosting a pamper afternoon for a group of wonderful pre-teen girls. While we kept the vibe fun, light-hearted, and filled with simple skincare tips, my core mission was delivering a message on self-confidence.

As a mum to a daughter myself, it deeply worries me how heavily girls are bombarded daily with “picture-perfect” images online. These curated feeds so easily leave young girls feeling like they are less than.

I wanted to remind these girls of their worth in this world and make them feel truly special. We practiced simple ways to care for their skin but the real focus stayed on building inner confidence.

We need to constantly remind our girls that Instagram is not reality and that they are already completely ENOUGH just as they are. I absolutely loved doing this. 🥹🩷
