A complex lower-face rejuvenation with a subtle, natural result.

This lovely client presented with a pronounced overbite, age-related skin laxity and deep marionette lines. Rather than simply filling the folds, we focused on full lower-face profile balancing.

Treatment included careful placement of dermal filler to the marionette area, butterfly chin and lower lip to improve structural support, soften the shadows and create a more harmonious profile without looking overfilled.

The goal was restoration, not alteration, and I think the outcome speaks for itself.

Results immediately after treatment. Individual results will vary.

A few observations from the photos:

* The marionette shadows appear noticeably softened.
* The transition from the lower lip to the chin looks smoother.
* The chin projection appears better balanced relative to the lips, helping disguise the overbite.
* Importantly, the result still looks age-appropriate and doesn’t have the “puffy filler” appearance.

Overall, natural results for clients over 60 plus.
