Spiritually, some believe you shouldn’t let just anyone touch your hair... and that you should even tie it up in busy public places. ✨
The belief is that hair carries energy and that keeping it protected helps you maintain your own sense of grounding and peace.
Whether you believe that or not, there is something powerful about being intentional with who you allow into your space.
That’s why I see massage as more than a treatment. It’s a moment to switch off from the outside world, release tension and reconnect with yourself.
And for many of my clients, the scalp massage is the part they never want to end.
