✨ Teen Skin Education Starts Early ✨

Today I had the pleasure of welcoming a beautiful 13-year-old young lady for her very first teen facial 🤍

The teenage years are such an important time to learn about skincare. Hormonal changes can affect the skin, causing oiliness, blocked pores, breakouts and sensitivity — but with the right knowledge and a simple routine, teenagers can learn how to look after their skin in a healthy way.

A teen facial is not about harsh treatments or trying to “perfect” the skin. It’s about education, confidence and creating good skincare habits from an early age. ✨

Her facial was completely tailored to her individual skin needs, and I only used gentle, age-appropriate products to cleanse, hydrate and support her skin barrier.

With half term here, it’s the perfect opportunity to give your teenager some time to learn about their skin and how to care for it properly. A relaxing facial can also be a lovely way to introduce them to self-care in a safe and professional environment 🤍
