Have you ever loved a shampoo and then suddenly felt like it wasn’t doing the same job anymore?

Your shampoo isn’t necessarily the problem.

Styling products, oils and dry shampoo can build up over time and leave hair feeling heavy or dull.

Depending on your hair type and colour, an occasional suitable clarifying wash can help remove build-up — but don’t overdo it, particularly if your hair is coloured or dry.
