Today my beautiful bride Emma gets married at East Riddelsden Hall!

I have done Emma’s makeup as a bridesmaid and I’m now so excited to get her ready as a bride.

Beautiful Beth wanted a natural look for her wedding day… she chose not to have a trial as she had seen lots of examples of my work online, that’s something I’m totally comfortable with.

We opted for my signature look and she loved it

What a week.

Today is my first wedding of three this week.
Starting at the sensational solbergehall, a new venue for me.

No bride today… but I do have 4 beautiful bridesmaids to get ready. I can’t wait.

Whilst on my holidays I was super excited to visit a museum that is now in the original Max factor building.
This is the place where all the make up would have been made back in the 1930s.

They had some of the original makeup on display and I was lucky enough to see Marilyn Monroe’s makeup chair.

For a makeup geek like me this was super exciting.

“I really don’t want to wear foundation… it’s just too hot”

That’s exactly what this bridesmaid said to me..and my response was… that’s totally fine… so we added a bit of concealer in the areas that needed it…a bit of colour and glow on the cheeks and then a really subtle natural eyeshadow.
This is probably one of the most natural looks I’ve ever created but if that’s what you want then that’s totally fine… and it can be done

Shelly had a purple colour scheme so she wanted to incorporate that into her eye makeup.
On the day of the wedding the heat in the hotel room was insane… so we tweaked her makeup from her trial makeup and went for a glowy look.
I love a glow so this was right up my street

My lovely friends bought me this for my birthday ready for my holidays.

And it was perfect… kept the sunburn away and made my skin silky smooth. Which is your favourite spf?
