Things i love as a massage therapist ....
When clients book online so i dont have to spend my break time on avaliability.
When clients show up on time for their appointment so i dont have to rush their session.
When clients dont forget about the appointments they have booked - my time is limited. No shows & late cancellations affect more than my hourly income.
When clients have their next appointments booked in advance - they are completley commited to their self care, and i appreciate their commitment.

The only pressure you should be feeling
Please note, even though Lottie has completed her qualifcations to an insurable standard, she is a newly qualified therapist gaining valuable hands-on experience.
She is still learning so treatments may occasionally not be as polished, so we ask that clients booking these discounted treatments do so with an understanding that Lottie is a developing therapist, and that these special prices reflect her current stage of experience & skill.
