My chilli seedlings haven’t been looking their best lately, slow growth and just not thriving the way I’d hoped.
So I decided to try something a little different. I placed copper rings around each seedling, and used reiki and cho ku rei to set an intention to help boost their energy and create a supportive environment for growth.
Copper has long been associated with energy flow and conductivity, and I’m curious to see how this subtle addition might influence their vitality.
Whether you see it as energetic support, mindful gardening, or simply an experiment, sometimes it’s about tuning in, trying new approaches, and giving your plants a little extra care and attention.
