POV: your hair appointments are now my problem 💜

𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗖𝗞 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗛𝗔 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 🤍

Just a little heads up regarding bookings through Fresha.

Some new booking settings have recently been implemented on the salon account, including deposits being taken when booking and appointments being automatically cancelled if they aren’t confirmed within 6 hours.

These aren’t settings I have personally chosen to have on my bookings, and I appreciate they may be causing some confusion or inconvenience for my clients.

I’m currently trying to get this resolved so that my bookings work in the way I’ve always intended them to.

In the meantime, if you have any issues booking, confirming or securing an appointment with me, please just message me directly and I’ll do my best to help.

Thank you for your patience 🤍
