Your first pass shouldn’t be trying to create the finished result.

Keep it soft. Keep it subtle. Respect the tissue.

The biggest mistake I see? Overworking the lips too early and creating harsh definition that won’t age as beautifully over time.

Build your saturation gradually. Adapt your technique to your client’s features, skin and desired outcome. Remember… less is often more.

Our goal isn’t to create lips that look amazing for one Instagram photo.

It’s to create lips your client will still love years later.

Because your client won’t remember how dark their lips looked on the day… they’ll remember how beautifully they healed. 🤍
