This November I have TWO Baby Reflexage Courses running!
Tuesdays from 10.30-11.30 and Thursdays 13.00-14.00
The Fig Tree Hub (me, Katie Williams/ !) specialises in family and Baby Reflexology and this 4 week course is an essential companion for parents and primary care givers to little ones. Combining Baby Massage with Reflexology, together in a small group we learn techniques to soothe and calm, increase sleep and aid colic/reflux, improve their digestion and feel ultimate relaxation for the both of you! We look at how we can help babies to sit up, crawl and walk and how this coordination can be helped through magical touch and movement of Reflexage.
This is a feeding safe space, with support on hand as I'm a qualified breastfeeding peer supporter and former infant feeding support worker with the NHS.
