Today, I experienced one of the most beautiful moments I've had as a therapist.

Whilst carrying out a pregnancy massage, I felt the tiniest little kick from the baby. 💕

It completely stopped me in my tracks and reminded me what an incredible privilege it is to be trusted to care for mums-to-be during such a precious chapter of their lives.

Pregnancy massage is so much more than a relaxing treatment. It can help ease aches and pains, at a time when there are so many changes going on, improve sleep and provide a little time to pause, breathe and connect with your growing baby.

🔹Reflexology primarily works on the feet, although at Hemel Massage we also have a facial reflexology treatment which is pure bliss!🥰

Reflexology uses specific techniques of massage and pressure points to stimulate the body’s natural healing responses and to promote a sense of general wellbeing.
There are specific reflexology points in the body which when stimulated improve blood circulation, unblock sluggish systems such as nervous, lymphatic and leave you relaxed and rebalanced and energised.
