Some extra reasons to love your Pilates practice... or extra reasons to start! 💪

Hertfordshire

This is something that surprised me when I first started practicing Pilates consistently… the results came quickly!

Some obvious (hello new muscle pop), some subtle, like the creaking in my knees and neck disappearing, back pain reducing massively, and much better posture.

I’m so glad that my clients get to feel the benefits of Pilates within just a few sessions, because that feeling of doing the work and it actually paying off is amazing 👌🧘‍♀️✨

When plans with clients make it out the group chat 👌
Sunshine and smiles, a Sunday morning well spent ☕️
