A little reminder about our cancellation policy ✨

Just a friendly reminder of our salon cancellation policy.

Unfortunately, we’ve had a couple of missed appointments over the last week where clients have forgotten to attend. As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on us, as we’re usually unable to fill those appointment slots at short notice.

We always have clients waiting for appointments, so by giving us 48 hours’ notice, it allows us the best chance of offering your appointment to someone else who would love the space.

Our cancellation policy is:

* 48+ hours’ notice: No charge.
* Less than 48 hours’ notice: Up to 50% of the appointment cost may be charged.
* No-shows or same-day cancellations: 100% of the appointment cost will be charged.

We really don’t like charging cancellation fees, and it’s never something we want to do. We simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make your appointment.

Removal of home colour is a process, it doesn’t happen over night; it’s a process of foils over a few times to start to lift the dark out of the hair and trusting the process of warmer/Carmel tones before you get the ash/icy tones.
But this was the 1st process today and the client was happy with the result 🫶

Hayley has a colour gap Friday morning at 9:45 for anyone that is wanting there colour done… 💇‍♀️ 🥰

Our client hates the grey roots and the yellow tone of her blonde and wanted to tone it down at the root by going slightly darker and wanted a more beige/caramel softer broken up blonde.
Which is what she got.
Looks lovely 🥰

Bleach roots top up and a refresher on the toner and a cut to refresh it all.
Summer ready 🤩

This lovely lady wanted in her balayage brought back up but with some warmer tones . 🥰
