I am Julie and I run Sports Therapy Centre, Hinckley. From my love of running, I developed a strong interest in the body and how it's muscles work.

C-section and hysterectomy scars can sometimes affect the surrounding tissues, leaving you feeling tight, restricted or uncomfortable even after the incision itself has healed.
Our scar therapy treatments are designed to work with the tissues around the scar, helping to improve mobility and reduce feelings of tightness and restriction.
We take a gentle, individual approach and will always assess your scar and surrounding area before treatment.

Beth is our Practice Manager and a Sports Therapist here at Sports Therapy Centre, combining her clinical experience with keeping the day-to-day running of the clinic smoothly. 💆♀️
Outside of work, Beth is a huge Leicester Tigers fan 🐯 and loves going to home and away games with her partner.
She’s also a proud homeowner in Hinckley, enjoys yoga twice a week, and has quite the collection of tropical fish and Japanese Koi! 🐠
When she’s not at the clinic or cheering on the Tigers, Beth loves spending time in Norfolk, one of her favourite places — and now she has her very own puppy to join her adventures! 🐶💜
