Group masterclasses look like:
You bring your own model. Two trainers split their time between 4 -6 students.
One trainer - Nicola, Director of Hair Salon - checks your skill, suggests improvements, shows new techniques.
Second trainer - Kristina - multi business owner - finds your weak points and grills you on those (giving hints how to deal in those scenarios). For example: you can’t upsell products. (Soz but that’s a necessity if you are planning to become self-employed hairdresser). Kristina will train you how. Finding ways you are comfortable with.
