“Although I’m 96, I’m still very able and my mind works well, which I’m so thankful for. I believe it comes down to my genes, diet and lifestyle.

Growing up during the war, my father grew all our vegetables, and we ate brown bread because white bread wasn’t available. I still eat plenty of lentils, beans and fresh foods, and I always make sure my breakfast juice is freshly squeezed.

I practise tai chi every day and walk as much as possible. No doubt I’ll begin to deteriorate over the next few years, but I’m not going to think about that because it isn’t happening yet. I’m simply grateful to be living in the moment.”

We had the pleasure of providing massages for a wonderful group of golfers who had travelled over from the States, staying at the beautiful Culloden House Hotel. 🏌️‍♂️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

They were staying in the stunning Garden Mansion, the perfect setting to unwind after a day on the golf course, with a little Highland Muscle Therapy thrown in! 💆‍♀️✨

We also had the pleasure of visiting the beautiful Tigh na Coille cottage out by Dores. 🤍

Busy week, beautiful locations and some lovely clients,
we wouldn’t have it any other way!
