👟Reflexology for Runners👟
This lovely runner, who’s training for the Loch Ness Marathon, came for reflexology after struggling with cramps. The next day, she messaged to say she’d had no cramps in her feet or calves, her legs felt much lighter, and she slept like a log. I love hearing feedback like this!”
