​I’ve had so many of you asking about my personal routine and how to layer products effectively, so I wanted to share the exact "Skin Cycling" schedule I use!
​This routine is designed to balance glow and repair without over-stripping your skin.
​☀️ The AM Routine (Every Day)
​The goal for the morning is protection!
• ​Vitamin C Serum: Your antioxidant powerhouse.
• ​Niacinamide Serum: For pore control and barrier support.
• ​Gentle Rich Moisturizer: To lock in hydration.
• ​High UVA Sunscreen: Non-negotiable! (Pro tip: use a tinted version if you struggle with melasma or hyperpigmentation).
​🌙 The PM Rotation (7-Day Cycle)
​We don't use every active every night. Instead, we rotate to give the skin "rest days."
• ​Days 1, 3, & 5 (Retinoid Nights): Focus on anti-aging and texture.
• ​Double Cleanse (Oil + Cream) > Hydrating Toner > Retinoid > Moisturizer.
• ​Days 2 & 6 (Exfoliation Nights): Focus on brightening and sweeping away dead skin.
• ​Double Cleanse > AHA Exfoliating Toner > Niacinamide > Moisturizer.

​Retinoids are powerful. If you are a beginner, do not jump into 3 nights a week immediately.
• ​Start Slow: Use your retinoid only 1 night per week for the first two weeks.
• ​The Build-Up: If your skin feels happy (no redness or peeling), increase to 2 nights a week, and eventually work your way up to the Day 1, 3, 5 schedule.
• ​Patience is key! Consistency beats intensity every time.
