🍂 ✨THE GENTLE AUTUMN RESET✨🍂

As the leaves change and the nights draw in, nature gives us a gentle reminder, it’s time to slow down and restore our energy. 🤎

If the shift in season has you feeling tired, ungrounded or overwhelmed, step into a warm, cosy space and let your nervous system completely reset. 🍁

Grounding Reflexology to release physical tension, clear your meridians and root your energy back to the earth.✨

Restorative Reiki to clear stagnant energy blocks, calm a busy mind and surround you with deep, soothing warmth.✨@

It’s the ultimate cocoon for your soul 🩵🙏✨

As the Autumn evenings settle in, join us for a deeply grounding Sound Bath. 🍂

Allow the resonant tones of the Crystal Singing bowls, the Tibetan bowls, crystal pyramid, chimes and gong wash over you, helping you release what no longer serves you and transition gracefully into the quiet, inward rhythm of the new season 🍂 ✨🙏
