Lift Beauty Clinic Ltd is the leading and most reputable beauty salon established in Ipswich in 1987 We offer a range of beauty treatments for all clients.
Our extensive beauty treatments range from facials to body treatments and from permanent hair removal to waxing. We work with Decléor skincare, facials and body treatments, renowned in the beauty industry, alongside Caci non-surgical face toning ,Crystal Clear Microdermabrasion, BeautyLab Glycolic Peels and Dermalux LED Therapy. We are an official HD Brows salon. We also work with NovaLash lash extensions, Yumi Lash Lifts, Footlogix Foot Care, Bio-Sculpture & Jessica Nails & Lycon Wax. Our aim is to lift your mood, enhance your well-being and offer you a professional, bespoke treatment in our relaxing and inviting beauty salon.

Autumn nails don’t always have to be all about the reds, browns and neutrals. A beautiful blue can be just as perfect for the season.
A little reminder that sometimes the best nail choices are the ones that break the rules.
In a world that constantly asks us to do more, be more and keep going, it’s easy to forget the importance of simply slowing down.
Between work, family, responsibilities and the endless to-do list, taking time for ourselves can often feel like something we have to fit in once everything else is done.
But what if the list never really ends?
You don’t have to earn rest by being productive. You don’t have to wait until everything is ticked off before you allow yourself a moment to breathe.
Rest is not a reward for doing enough. It’s an important part of looking after yourself.
Whether it’s taking a little time for a treatment, enjoying a moment of stillness or simply allowing yourself to do nothing for a while, those moments matter.
As a beauty therapist, one of the things I love most about what I do is creating a space where you can switch off, feel cared for and take a little time just for you.
So, let this be your gentle reminder that you are allowed to pause. You are allowed to slow down. And you are allowed to put yourself first, even when there are still things left to do.
You deserve that time, just as you are.

A wonderful day celebrating 80 years of at the beautiful Sofitel, St James, London.
Ilanya and I thoroughly enjoyed the celebrations, meeting the Sothys team and fellow salon and spa owners, and getting a sneak preview of some very exciting things to come. We’ve seen what’s coming next and honestly, we can’t wait to share it with you.
And yes… we’ve already had a sneak peek at Christmas, and it’s AMAZING. We may only be in September, but our Sothys Advent Calendars are already available for pre-order! We know… we’re not quite ready for Christmas either!
