✨Cancellation Policy ✨

Just a little reminder that my cancellation policy is now in place, effective from today.

As appointments are reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

✨ Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total treatment cost will be charged.

✨ Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the total treatment cost will be charged.

I completely understand that illness and unexpected emergencies happen, and sometimes things are out of our control. However, late cancellations can result in lost time and income, as I’m often unable to fill the appointment slot at short notice.

Outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before any future appointments can be booked.
