Since you are required to keep your eyes closed and remain still for 2 to 3 hours, it’s the perfect, guilt-free opportunity to zone out, relax, or catch up on sleep.

How to get the best lash nap?
1) Arrive bare-faced: Removing stubborn mascara and eye makeup takes time out of your nap.
2) Silence your phone: Turn your ringer off so you aren't startled awake halfway through.
3) Wear comfortable clothes: You will be lying flat for a while, so wear something you can easily relax in.
