Reminder of my cancellation policy

If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice it will be charged for in full as I am unable to fill the slot with such short notice.

If an appointment is cancelled with 48 hours notice 50% will need to be paid unless the slot can be filled prior to the appointment.

If there are 3 missed appointments I will have to start taking deposits for future appointments booked.

I know sometimes this can't be helped and I am very understanding of circumstances however this is my income and I can't afford to lose out due to people forgetting, making plans for the same day or just not letting me know.
