🐟 Not all fish oils are created equal. Here's what really matters. ⏱️

When choosing a fish oil, many people focus on Omega-3 concentration. But an equally important factor is freshness and oxidative stability. Omega-3 is naturally fragile and begins to oxidize once it leaves the fish. When oxidation occurs, the oil is no longer in the form your body can efficiently utilize.

A third-party study by SINTEF, Norway's independent research institute, measured the Oxidative Stability Index (OSI) of different fish oil blends. The higher the OSI, the better the oil resists oxidation and stays fresh for your body to absorb.

🤝 Meet Your Community – A relaxed chance to connect with neighbours, volunteers, and local organisations.

After last year’s incredible turnout of more than 700 people, we’re excited to bring everyone together again for an afternoon of connection, creativity, and community spirit.

More than 25 local groups will be taking part this year, and whether your group is participating or simply attending, we would be delighted to have you and your members join us.
