Probably one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned as I’ve got older is that other people’s opinions of me are none of my business 💭
You can spend so much time worrying about what people think, explaining yourself or trying to be understood. Eventually you realise how much easier life is when you stop.
I wish I’d learned that one a little earlier 🤍
A snapshot of my weekend in Milano, we stayed in the most stunning hotel , watched the F1 ( I was brought up with it taking over my TV every weekend ) so this was on my bucket list!
We ate the most amazing food, chanted like hooligans at the Inter Milan stadium and laughed every shred of stress away.
This was our first trip away together with no children in 6 years ❤️!
If you haven’t visited Italy make it a priority, there is nothing I don’t love about Italy 🇮🇹

You all loved the honesty of the last one, so apparently we’re making clinic flops a series 😂
It’s very easy to look at someone’s business (or life) from the outside and think they’ve got it all together. The reality is usually a little different.
The clinic is busier than ever, I’m incredibly grateful for that, and there are so many exciting things happening but behind all of that, there’s also mum guilt, cancelled plans, things I still haven’t got round to, and a gym membership I’m absolutely not getting my money’s worth from.
So here’s your reminder that you can be doing really well and still feel like you’re winging half of it.
The highlights are real but the flops are too.
Fully outing myself here but for educational purposes! Chin filler changed my life & you cannot tell me otherwise 🤣!!

It’s easy to only share the wins but behind every “successful” business is a lot of things that don’t go to plan, a fair bit of self-doubt and plenty of figuring it out as you go 🤣
This month has been no different 🫣
To find out that everyone hates me? I don’t care 🥴
Call me a diva if you must but I’ll be on my way to dinner with my heated seat & a clean house 🤣🍴
I never set out to be anyone’s boss 🤯
but managing a team is something I’ve had to learn as I go in this business & it’s one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done!
Watching the women around me grow in confidence and develop alongside Clinic 22 is something I’m so grateful for & I’m very lucky to have a team that continues to grow with me.
That said, it is absolutely not for the faint hearted 😅
The worst business advice I’ve ever been given?
“Go and follow all of your competitors’ followers”
Please just don’t 🤣❌
It’s obvious, it feels a bit icky and if you’re a local business, you’ll probably end up following their aunties & cousins 🤣
Focus on building your own community instead 🤍
