I would like to reintroduce myself. I am Charlotte the owner of The Style Hut and
Hairdressing has been my passion for over 19 years, and I still feel incredibly lucky to do a job that I genuinely love every single day. Ten years ago, I opened The Style Hut with a dream of creating a salon that felt different – somewhere welcoming, friendly, and relaxed, where clients could feel completely at home and stylists could thrive.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of building wonderful relationships with my clients, many of whom have become friends. I’ve continually invested in my education and training and am proud that The Style Hut is a Joico Select salon, allowing us to offer expert knowledge, professional products, and the very best care for your hair.
As both my family life and business have grown, my role within the salon has changed. I now work in the salon in Ryehill one day a week and you will find me in my salon in Walcot the rest of the week.
One of my proudest achievements is the incredible team we have built. Alongside one employed stylist and five self-employed stylists .hair.design and ._ , The Style Hut has become a supportive and inspiring space where talented professionals can grow their own businesses while working together as a team. Every stylist brings their own unique skills, personality, and creativity, which means our clients always receive exceptional service and care.
The Style Hut has never just been about hair. It’s about making people feel welcome, building confidence, creating friendships, and providing a space where both clients and stylists feel valued.

Today at The Style Salon we were busy creating beautiful dimension using a balayage technique over a block dark base ✨
This lady’s hair was absolutely stunning—thick, healthy, and incredibly long.

What Iv been up to lately! Both salons are thriving and the juggle between both salons is going well and we are still creating the most beautiful colours and styles in two locations 🥰

Back in the salons and wow… what a chaotic day, but we still managed to pull off this beautiful blonde along with two other colour services ❄️

Both salons frozen, no water — but somehow we’re still showing up. I managed 3 colour services at The Style Salon with the help of my amazing water boy (aka husband Paul) bringing hot water 🫶

The Style Hut team has done everything possible, and we’re hopeful the water will be back tomorrow 🤞🏻
