Cancellation Policy

To our lovely clients,

We truly appreciate your continued support of our small business. As many of you know, late cancellations and missed appointments have a big impact on our salon and the time we’ve reserved especially for you.

For this reason, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a £10 cancellation fee.

This isn’t a decision we’ve made lightly, but it’s necessary to help protect our small business and ensure we can continue providing the best service to all of our clients.
