This lovely lady is working her way through a bucket list of 60 things to do in her 60s… and having a spray tan was one of them! 🥰

I asked her to send me a photo afterwards if she was happy with her tan and comfortable being featured on my social media—and this lovely message arrived the following morning.

Not only can she now tick another experience off her list, but she felt good and confident in her swimsuit, which is exactly what it’s all about.

I always go above and beyond for my clients... why?

Because when I book somewhere myself, I expect a certain level of service. I expect to feel welcomed, listened to and looked after. That's exactly the experience I want every client who walks through my door to have.

Will I accommodate appointments outside of my usual working hours? Absolutely.
I've been that person who has struggled to get to appointments because of work, family life or simply not having enough hours in the day. So if I can help by fitting you in before work, after work or at another suitable time, I'll always do my best.

To me, being a beauty therapist isn't just about providing a treatment. It's about making the whole experience as stress-free, relaxing and personal as possible. I want you to leave feeling like you've been looked after from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave.

I set my standards high because that's the standard I'd expect myself.

That's another week wrapped up at ARK Beauty.
This week has been full of lash lifts, fresh brows, glowing spray tans, a couple of makeup appointments, and I've even been getting my head around hair curling to help complete the look. Every day is a learning day, and I love adding little extras to make my clients feel amazing.

I've also had a couple of "Take Your Daughter to Work" days with Autumn. She's done brilliantly, keeping a few little ones entertained while Mum got to switch off and enjoy some well-deserved pampering. It's been lovely spending that time together and watching her confidence grow.

Both treatment rooms are now cleaned down, restocked and ready for another busy week.
As for tonight... the diary is closed, the Chinese is ordered, and a well-earned glass of wine is definitely calling my name! 🍷

One of today's clients has been on his skin journey with me since May. So far we've completed 5 treatments (1 of which was done today after photos were taken) – 3 microneedling sessions and 2 chemical peels.

Today he said, "I can't really see much difference, but I'm going to keep going."
So I put together these comparison photos...

When you see yourself in the mirrror every day, it's easy to miss the gradual improvements. That's why I always encourage progress photos – they tell the story far better than memory ever can.

Skin treatments aren't a one-and-done fix, especially for acne. They take time, consistency, commitment and the right home care. Every treatment builds on the last, and this is exactly why I love documenting the journey.

We're not finished yet, but I'm so proud of how far his skin has already come, and I can't wait to see where we are after the next few sessions.

I'm back! ❤️

Home at 3:30am this morning, and by 8:15am I was back in the treatment room! 😂☕ Mondays are usually my day off, but I couldn't say no to a client who needed her lashes doing before a special event.

Her message says it all...I was out of the country Saturday but we still had her looking fab in time for her special occasion today. 💕 Her Tatti cluster lashes had already lasted 8 days, and she loved them so much she was already asking to book another set.
