My name is Paula Hancox and I am a qualified Clinical Reflexologist. I am a member of Professional Reflexology (PR) and the Association of Reflexologists (AoR). Both are respected and independent professional bodies for reflexology who provide support for their members plus give the general public clear and up to date information about reflexology. Members of the AoR and PR demonstrate the highest
levels of training and have earned the right to use MAR and PRM after their name - a sign of assurance that they have met the strictest standards for reflexology practice and that they are committed to continually developing their skills. I am also CNHC registered (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council). The CNHC was established with government support to regulate selected complementary therapies including Reflexology and inclusion on its register demonstrates to the general public and other healthcare providers that its members conform to national standards of practice in their work.Qualifications:

Trained at Jubilee College, the largest and most progressive independent Reflexology College in the UK. I first became interested in Reflexology when I had some treatment myself for stress and sleep issues a few years ago. The regular treatment left me feeling revitalised, more relaxed and able to sleep for longer periods of time. My work at the time was taking up 60 hours a week with a lot of evenings and weekends and so, craving a better work/life balance and some quality time with family, I took the first steps into learning about complementary therapies. I wanted others to experience the benefits of reflexology as I did and so embarked on a 12 month intense course to gain a diploma level 3 in Reflexology, Anatomy and Physiology. My treatment room is based in the Garden Retreat, a beautiful log cabin at my home in Wilsons Road in Knowle, Solihull. It is set in a calming environment with soft music, candles and a comfortable reclining chair to help complement the holistic approach to treament. Home visits are available for those who are unable to get to me. (Within a 5 mile radius of Knowle, with small charge added to cover my travel costs) I’d love to have the opportunity to share this wonderful therapy with you.
