RACHAEL - NAIL TECHNICIAN

I qualified as a nail technician in February 2023 after over 12 years experience in the beauty industry.

I joined the team at Retsons as a self employed nail technician in February 2026

I specialise in Gel Polish and Biab services on natural nails.

I exclusively use products and carry a vast colour range. From n**e, natural tones to bright, bold shades, there’s a colour for everyone 🤍💛🩵💚🧡🩷

My favourite service - I love painting nails but there’s nothing more satisfying than trimming back those cuticles 🤭

My favourite product - cuticle oil lemonade scent is my current favourite, it’s so fresh and zesty for summer 🍋 these are also available to buy in the salon

OLIVIA - APPRENTICE HAIRSTYLIST

I am currently training in the salon and due to qualify in October. I have loved every moment of learning in such a supportive and welcoming environment, I’m so excited for what’s to come. I can’t wait to build up my client base, meet lots of new faces, and help everyone feel there absolute best. I look forward to welcoming you all into my chair soon!

I joined the salon in May this year and have loved being part of such a welcoming team. I’m passionate about helping my clients feel confident by creating beautiful, natural-looking brows and lash lifts tailored to each individual. I love meeting new people and making sure everyone leaves their appointment feeling relaxed and happy with their results.

My favourite treatments are Korean Lash Lifts and Brow Laminations – I love the difference they make while enhancing your natural features.

JOHN - SALON OWNER & MANAGER ✂️

I joined the family business in 2014 and worked hard to learn the business behind the scenes. I proudly became the Owner & Manager of Retson Hair & Beauty in 2022.
My goal is to continue to build and create a friendly and welcoming environment for clients and staff. I’m constantly looking for ways to improve the salon and give the best experience.

I also recently qualified in barbering and can’t wait to start building my own clientele within the salon! ✂️
