I feel like I send clients SO much information when they book prep, aftercare, photos, tips, products although it’s all useful, I know it can feel like a lot of information to take in, especially when it’s all coming through messages.

🤎 HOW TO PLAN YOUR SPRAY TAN 🤎

Got an event, holiday or night out coming up? Here’s when to book your tan to make sure your glow is ready when you are! 🫶🏼

EVENTS, WEDDINGS & PARTIES
Ideally, book your spray tan 2 days before your event.

Your tan is still developing during the first 24 hours, even after your first rinse, so giving it that extra day allows the colour to fully develop and settle before your big day!

HOLIDAYS
For your holidays, I recommend booking the day before you travel.

This means your tan is fresh for your trip, with time to rinse off the guide colour before heading away.

BEAUTY PREP
Make sure you plan your other treatments around your tan too!

• Waxing & eyebrow waxing: ideally 24–48 hours before your spray tan.
• Shaving: aim for around 24 hours before.
• Eyebrow tinting: get this done before your tan, ideally at least 24–48 hours beforehand.
• Nails: get your nails done before your spray tan, especially if you’re having cuticle oils or other products applied.

Your spray tan should be one of the last steps in your beauty prep!

🫧 THE DAY OF YOUR TAN
Arrive with clean, dry skin and no moisturiser, deodorant, perfume or makeup on the areas being tanned.

Wear something loose and dark to your appointment to help prevent rubbing or marks while your tan develops.

And remember, your first rinse isn’t your final colour! Your tan will continue developing afterwards, so don’t panic if it looks lighter once you’ve washed the guide colour off. 🤎
