Hello September 🌻

A new season, a new routine and a chance to pause and reflect.

The slower days of summer begin to fade, the familiar rhythm of life returns and suddenly we’re looking ahead to the months to come.

September is a lovely time to reflect on where you are, what the summer brought you, what you’ve learned and what you’d like to carry forward.

Not everything needs to change.
Not everything needs to be achieved.
Sometimes it’s simply about noticing where you are and taking the next step.

A gentle reminder to embrace the season you’re in 🍂

Children and young people are so welcome at Soulful Steps Reflexology (mum/dad waits with a cuppa), 30 min sessions.

I take my eldest daughter to my reflexologist, as she has been going for years. I tried reflexology orignally with her to help her through a peroid of debilatating anxiety. Her sessions were something she learnt to love and look forward to. As a parent feeling helpless at times to help, I was so glad she was open to trying the treatment and she soon understood how it helped her. We made these evenings into a wee special time together, maybe got a hot choc before, she was always ready for bed after!

My other 2 often get my diary and slot themselves in, they love it also!

Need some time for yourself, give reflexology a try- even if you aren't sure...I'v had several clients who had been curious but weren't sure the treatment would be for them, however, they gave it a try have since rebooked their next treatment- that could be you.
