Our 8-Week Exercise & Wellbeing Plan starts 13th September at Iveridge Hall, Rothwell, Leeds — just off Junction 30 of the M62.

This isn’t about spending your life in the gym or following an impossible diet. It’s a structured 8-week programme designed to help you improve your fitness, build strength and feel better — with the coaching and support to keep you on track.

Over the 8 weeks, you’ll get:

• Access to 30 BURN & STRONG sessions every week
• Full gym access
• Extra classes including Boxing, Yoga, Zumba and Pilates
• Simple nutrition & wellbeing guidance each week
• Health & fitness check-ups in weeks 1 and 8 to track your progress
• Expert coaching, support and accountability throughout
• FREE Spa Hours worth £75 when you complete the programme
• Plus a programme T-shirt

Our BURN & STRONG sessions are suitable for all fitness levels, whether you’re starting from scratch, returning to exercise or simply want some structure and motivation to help you get better results.

There are sessions available from early morning through to the evening, 7 days a week, making it easier to find training times that work around family and work.
