Your skin contains fibroblasts: the cells that make collagen. Sculptra’s PLLA encourages a tissue response that supports new collagen production over time, helping improve firmness and fullness in suitable clients.

It’s a gradual process. The effect you create by pulling your skin upwards helps me understand your goal, but treatment cannot promise to recreate that exact lift. Sculptra supports collagen; it doesn’t directly replace lost facial fat.

“What actually is Sculptra, and when would I see a change?”

It’s one of the questions I’m asked most, so let’s make it simple.

Sculptra is a biostimulator containing poly-L-lactic acid. It’s used to encourage your own collagen response, which means the change develops gradually over time.

That’s why I describe it as a journey, not an instant reveal.

Around eight weeks can be a useful point to review how things are developing. It isn’t a deadline, and it won’t look the same for every woman. Your goals, suitability and treatment plan all matter.

What I love about this approach is the intention behind it: taking the time to understand you and working towards a refreshed look that still feels like yours.
