Well you’re in luck as iv asked the lovely Michele from Mini First Aid Leeds, Harrogate & Wetherby to join me at the studio to deliver this very important stuff for us!

Iv been where you are, craving that bit of delicious time just with your baby , ready to be with other lovely mummies - yet feeling so anxious about doing it at the same time.

In the days where just leaving this house feels like a mammoth task and it’s the first few times of YOU sorting the car seat 🤪

On Mondays and Wednesday there’s a space for you, where it’s calming and twinkling and you can leave feeling so much better some days 🤎

I’m based at Yogazen in Tingley (wf3 1NW) and I’d love to see you there. Most babies come along around 5/6weeks but it’s when you as Mama is feeling ready to come mostly.

One block of sessions is 4 weeks or you can come twice a week as some do that too. It’s £50 for a block of 4 💛

I’m so grateful to have had so much company this month - again! It’s been amazing and as always I’m super grateful.

Mama’s slowing down, babies going at their own pace. Baby spa is all about that.

I’d never want it to feel like you’re rushing to get the in the bath, get them out and dried. Sometimes baby will prefer to take in the surroundings a bit first, pop out for a feed and get back in too! Take it all in, notice the little things, eat the snacks.

These special days are a beautiful pocket of “you time” together.
