A rather lovely August 🥰

Baby toes, growing babies, new friendships and cups of tea and coffee. Slow mornings to land and watch little ideas in my crazy mind come to life and be actual things 😍 Little movers found its feet - and I found needs another day ☺️.

Full classes reminded me of how many mums value their anchor once a week with the class, during the week. This twinkly studio has continued to be one of my favourite places to be. ✨

Very grateful for this community of mums and babies, growing around Mama Tree 🌳

Also grateful for rain as well as the sun to get some grass back! 🌱

Motherhood is your everything, and it’s beautiful and overwhelming in equal parts.

Slower-paced mornings are definitely a bit of me, and I absolutely love having such chilled classes for this exact reason.

Because especially while we’re still landing back into our bodies postnatally… we need more slowness.

Your first baby class doesn’t need to feel busy. You don’t need to rush in, keep up, make conversation or worry if your baby cries, feeds or sleeps through half of it.

You can just come as you are.

Baby massage can help your little one to relax, release tension, support digestion and enjoy that gorgeous skin-to-skin connection with you.

But it’s for you, too.

It’s an hour to slow your breathing. To sit on the floor with your baby. To have a warm drink. To meet other mums without the pressure. To learn something lovely without needing to achieve anything.

Because in those early postnatal months, perhaps we don’t need more places to be.

Maybe we need more places where we’re allowed to just be. 🤎

Today we officially completed the first Little Mover’s Club block!

It’s been fun, moving, messy and chatty. And best of all shaped by those mums and babies in there.

Thank you to the beautiful founding members taking a chance in this new class with me, and for your encouragement- I brought it to life when I had finally made peace with my ideas so thanks for your patience! 😅

I have so enjoyed it. Really hope you have too.

In fact iv enjoyed it so much I’m making room for more of it on a Wednesday so if you’ve seen this and thought “that might be good for us” there are spaces available from next week ☺️

It was another extremely cute Little Movers Club this week - might have been my fave one yet!

It’s was book week 😍

I wasn’t sure how a story would go down, with a room full of movers…😂

And whilst I’ll never expect anything from the babes - like sitting to listen…. They’re busy and listening in a fashion while they’re playing would have been just fine.

I’m so here for all the wonderfully imperfect perfections 👌🏼

Only they really did all enjoy it. A bit of story time can sometimes be a few lines or a page, on this occasion it was the whole book 🤩 and I may or may not have had little heads resting on me as I read 🥹

But it must have been a great time for them, or an amazing story!

Mums chatted, babies played, and they all got their own copy of the book to take home and read again together 💛
