When people ask me about the Nervous System Reset, they’re usually expecting me to talk about the sculpted jawline, lifted appearance, or glowing skin.
& yes, all of that happens. But what I wish more people understood is how many women arrive carrying tension they don’t even realise they’re holding - In their jaw. In their face. In their body.
The nervous system reset is more than a facial ✨
It’s a chance to pause, reset & reconnect with yourself for an hour.
Yes, the skin looks incredible. But seeing someone leave feeling lighter than when they arrived?
That’s my favourite part🤍
Most women don’t come to me because they don’t care about their skin.
In fact, it’s usually the opposite.
They’ve tried the products. They’ve done the research. They’ve followed the advice.
But somewhere along the way, they’ve become overwhelmed.
Behind the breakouts, dullness, sensitivity or premature ageing, I often see something deeper.
