As much as I have tried to avoid introducing a cancellation policy, I have unfortunately experienced an increasing number of last-minute cancellations. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, it often means I am unable to fill that space with another client.

As this is my full-time business, missed appointments have a significant impact, both on my schedule and my income. To help protect my business and ensure appointment availability is fair for everyone, I will now be introducing a 25% deposit on all bookings.

The deposit will be deducted from your final treatment cost and secures your chosen appointment date and time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

I truly appreciate your understanding and continued support. As always, exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
