“How many sessions will it take?”
Of course you want to know how many sessions it will take so you can:
💷Work out total cost
👰🏼🏝Judge if the tattoo will be gone in time for say your wedding or holiday...
🪑How many times you’ll have to sit and be lasered.
🤗The truth is I never give a specific number because everyone and every tattoo is so different.
Generally anywhere from 3 for an amateur tattoo, sometimes even 16+ for a professional. If it’s a cover up there’s more ink too so you have to bear this in mind! 💭
🖤With my Lumina machine some tattoos have been known to go after just 1 session! (The very amateur ones 🤗)
After your first few sessions it is easier to gauge how many it may possibly take as I can then see your progress to date....👍🏼

Immediately after a session you’ll probably see some whitening / frosting. (🧁 not that kind) this usually goes down in a short time, and your tattoo can tend to look slightly darker for a few days. (No I haven’t re done your tattoo don’t worry 😉!)

Sometimes things test you. Sometimes you have to pause, reset, fix what needs fixing… and keep going. It’s hard during the process but you have to remember there’s light at the end of the tunnel.
With regard to your tattoo - This👆🏼is what happens when you power through. Consistency. Patience.

It’s best to leave a minimum of 8 weeks between sessions because that’s when the “magic“ 🪄 happens.
Well…it’s not actually magic 🐰 it’s your own immune system🩸that is getting rid of the small ink particles out of your body!! 🥊
