A gentle reminder of our cancellation policy 💚
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed.

To help us manage our diary fairly and continue providing the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Please note:
✨ Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge.

✨ Missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged at 100% of the appointment value.

✨ Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before a new appointment can be booked.

When an appointment is reserved for you, that time is held exclusively for you and often means we have turned away other clients who would have loved that appointment slot.

We truly value every one of our clients and appreciate your understanding, support, and respect for our time as much as we respect yours.
