I’m counting down now, ONE month to go until I break up for my holidays! 🙌🏼

With that in mind over the next few days I’ll be asking everyone during my visits to book a few appointments in advance, especially my regular clients who usually have treatments every week or every two weeks. 💆🏼‍♀️

My diary is already looking very busy between now and my break and it’s also filling up quickly for when I return to work on 30th September.

I really want to make sure everything runs smoothly and that everyone gets their preferred day and time so a little bit of forward planning now will make things much easier for everyone. 🗓️❤️

Well… I just found out that I PASSED my Biomedical Science exam! 🥳🎓

The first semester of Year 2 is officially complete, and I’m beyond relieved.

Between running a business, treating patients, studying, assignments, exams and trying to have a life, this one feels well earned.

It is another step closer to my goal and now bring on the next challenge… but today I will allow myself at least a small smile. 😊💪

I DID IT 🥹✨

After 6 months of late nights studying alongside my degree, one very long stressful and intense weekend in London… I can finally say I’m officially qualified in Medical Acupuncture & Dry Needling.

Honestly one of the hardest things I’ve studied so far but also one of the most rewarding. My muscles have personally been needled to death over the weekend 😂 and the effects have been amazing so I’m beyond excited to start bringing this into my treatments.

I was trained by an incredible doctor all the way from Australia 🇦🇺 and somehow managed to pass my safety assessment with 100%, which I’m VERY proud of because safety is everything with this treatment.

Now I just need to sort my insurance and medical kit and I’ll be ready to start practising 👏

For few weeks I won’t be charging extra for acupuncture/dry needling treatments, it will simply be included as part of your manual therapy session while I build experience and confidence. So if anyone would like to try it once I’m fully ready to go please let me know 🤍

I’ll do another post soon explaining the treatment itself, benefits, contraindications, future pricing etc… but tonight I just wanted to share this moment because a little dream of mine came true 🥹

Few hours left of one of the best holidays… and honestly, the best company ever my son 🤍
8 days of laughs, sunshine and proper switch-off mode (mentally and physically… we love that for us 😄)

Now… reality is calling 📞
The next two weeks are looking BUSY, slightly stressful and definitely challenging but exciting too!
By the end of this week (fingers crossed 🤞) I’ll be officially qualified in medical acupuncture & dry needling, and by next week my biggest biomedical science exam will be DONE. Then… I breathe again 😅

We’re on our way for a little rest & recharge ✨🇪🇬

Last week wasn’t the easiest — with my blood pressure dropping, it definitely slowed me down… but maybe it was a sign to pause and take the rest I needed 🤍

My diary is, as always, with me (I never fully switch off 😅), but please expect slight delays in replies while I’m away.

May is almost fully booked now, with only very limited availability left — thank you all so much for your continued support, rebooks, and for always being there for me. It truly means everything 💛

And on my return… I’ll be diving straight into my exams for medical acupuncture 👩‍⚕️✨
I know some of you are already “excited” for a bit of gentle stabbing 😄
