Soooo pleased to say Jess has got into the University of Nottingham to study Sports Rehabilitation 🙌🏻. It has been a long year and I know I have spoken to many of you about it so thanks again for all your support and fingers crossed I can start sleeping again!

Melting 🥵. This is the temperature at 5.30pm. Fine in the morning but after 3pm the sun comes round and the temperature is rising. I have fans but if you want to move any Thursday/Friday appts let me know x
