After our sell-out class in June, we’re over the moon to be heading back to Wellnest Kirkstall for another GWWL Yoga class this August!

✨ Join us on Sunday 16th June for a peaceful flow session, perfect for all abilities, followed by a short walk around Kirkstall Abbey.

☀️The class starts at 11:15 and runs until 12:15, so please arrive from 11. Afterwards we will head to Kirkstall Abbey, meeting at 12:30 for a walk starting at 12:45. We’ll meet just outside the cafe.

👟As always, you’re very welcome to come along for either or both parts!

✨ Booking is easy - just head to the Wellnest Kirkstall booking platform, linked in our bio. This will take you straight through to the GWWL yoga class page where you can book to secure your spot!

😊 There are only limited spots for this class, so it will operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you loved it last time, or want to try it out, make sure to book your spot! Please make sure you’ve read the cancellation policy - you are agreeing to these terms when you book your place.

🏳️‍🌈 We are attending Leeds Pride Official this Sunday 19th July! 🏳️‍🌈

We are so excited to be going back to Leeds Pride this year, cheering on from the side lines and getting involved with the event!

📍Head to New York Street at 12:30pm to watch the Parade

🎙 After the Parade, we aim to walk to the Pride Village to grab some food, listen to some music and have a good time!

This year we will not be participating in the Parade itself, but cheering on with everyone else, so please dress up in your most fantastic clothes (the brighter the better!), bring any signs you want, and get ready for a brilliant afternoon!

🍃 Join us for another Spring walk, this weeke we will be heading down the Leeds - Liverpool canal!

🌼 Meeting at for a cuppa or pastry to start the walk, we will head away from town, walking down the canal, before turning back and (if the weather holds out) heading for a drink at

📍 We will meet at around 2pm, and set off at half past - be sure to join out Whatsapp community for walk updates too!

📍Setting off from 200 Degrees Coffee Shop in town at our usual time of 2.30pm, we will walk through town and up towards Headingly, ending at Hyde Park Book Club!

✨️Join us as we walk this Sunday, meeting at 2pm and walking down to Leeds Docks at 2.30pm.

Grab a coffee at our starting point, 200 Degrees, and wander through town and down the canal to end up at Leeds Docks.

Winter is finally coming to a close and Spring is right around the corner! 🌷

Start the new season off with our next walk happening this Sunday 2nd March 👟

This week’s walk will begin at 200° degrees coffee, take us to Viaduct Gardens and end in Granary Wharf.

📍Meet at 2pm, grab a coffee and a pastry, and we’ll set off at 2:30pm

🌦️ The forecast is saying light rain and 13° (basically summer!) - the path is paved so it won’t be muddy, but be sure to wear appropriate clothing and footwear

💖 Galentines Walk Incoming 💖

Join us on Sunday for a Galentines walk along Leeds Canal!

❤️ Wear something pink or red for that little Galentines touch as we start at North Star coffee shop at the Docks, walk down the canal away from town, and then come back to finish at The Canary!

📍 Meet at 2pm, grab a coffee and a pastry, and we will set off on the walk at 2.30pm.

🌧 We are expecting a little bit of rain - the path is paved so it won't be muddy, but be sure to wear appropriate clothing and footwear!
