When Megan sent over her inspiration pictures for her wedding makeup, it screamed rainbow - every single image had a myriad of colour and I was JAZZED (do people still say jazzed?!)

She came for her trial in Lucy & Yaks, and was as lovely as she was colourful, so the excitement for her wedding only grew

On the day, her & her now husbands wedding was held in the woodland, with a personalised celebrant ceremony! They had a huge tipi to party in afterwards, with each table having a photo of them at a stage in their life & relationship! They had music, lawn games, colour, their loved ones, and a HUGE celebration of their love!

Millie was kind enough to let me create a random look on her, and also patient as I tantrumed as it didn’t go to plan 😂 however, now I’ve sat with it for a few weeks, I now bloody love it 🤘🏻

Alternative makeup can be whatever you want, but my favourite type is one full of shapes, colour, rhinestones (and sometimes bitching wing liner!)

We wanted glam rock, but colourfully soft for a 40th birthday celebration and she looked unreal! We opted for a badass wing liner, warm sunset tones on the eyes, and hand drawn stars ✨

Ana came to me at the salon, as she was a guest at her colleagues wedding and wanted that extra sass with her makeup, and I was so honoured to do it.

She was the warmest, brightest soul, with a beautiful smile and the kindest, gentlest person. It may have been VERY early in the morning but she made my day

And also, just a reminder, I don’t just do makeup at weddings! I do makeup within the salon for every occasion, whether you’re going for drinks, it’s your birthday, going to a festival etc!!

I had to take the Pink obsession to a new level

After already having it in my brand photoshoot, and countless clients gifting me bottles of it, to getting cold calling emails referencing it, I thought it was time I did a Pink Lucozade themed makeup look 😂😂😂

Mid April, I was chauffeured to the lovely Laura’s wedding, and what a wedding it was.

The morning was very silly, where we realised Laura had control of the music the grooms party were listening to, so we kept queuing more and more annoying songs for them to “enjoy”
I also decided to showcase the fact I was unable to do the splits. A full demo, of how I can’t do the splits. Just what you need on a wedding morning?!

As you can tell, Laura is a pink girlie - so pink it grows naturally from her head.
We opted for a pink sparkly eye, and a blended wing, and she looked absolutely beautiful 🥰
