10 Week post Injury Update🩼

10 weeks of "it might be" & "it's probably" I finally know what is going on... exactly what I thought with a few extras. I am fortunate enough to work within the MSK physio department where I was a patient post injury, which means my colleague can see my scans as I am under his care. Otherwise I would have had to have waited another week until I see the consultant.

When I see the consultant likely management is surgical, waiting lists are often long & so in the mean time I am still heavily focussed on maintaining as much range of movement as possible & building strength pre-op.

Having recently completed my cupping course I am now pleased to be offering this as a treatment! I am looking for models at a discounted rate to build up my skills and a portfolio of content for social media.
