Bye-bye warm brass and grey roots, hello glossy dimension! Here’s how we refreshed this look:

🎨 The Process:

Grey Coverage: Covered the roots using Redken Color Gels Oils 6NA (Granite) for full, rich coverage without the ammonia.

Cool Down Gloss: Toned and refreshed the ends using Shades EQ 09NA (Mist) & 010T (Platinum) to cancel out warmth and boost maximum gloss.

My client came in with a history of dark box dye and wanted to make a change. The goal? Break up that heavy, solid dark tone and transition into lighter, dimensional caramel tones.

By introducing these warmer, multi-tonal dimensions, we’re not just softening her overall look—we’re setting up the perfect foundation for grey blending. This will drastically reduce the high-maintenance commitment of harsh root cover-ups and allow her natural greys to grow in seamlessly.
